Mindfulness with Michael Ryan

Michael Ryan's teachings draw from a wide experience of yoga, meditation, philosophy and a love of poetry and prose.

His skill lies in his heartfelt articulation of the spiritual dimension of life through the practice of meditation and yoga while staying grounded in safe and harmonious postural alignment.

His teachings speak to the soul and journey into the many different layers of the Self. Michael is the yoga and meditation teacher to the Irish President, Michael D. Higgins.

The impact of Covid-19 over this last year has highlighted the importance of our wellbeing and our health like never before. It has been an unprecedented awakening and the message here is that our health and wellbeing is the most important part of all of our lives, without it nothing else can work. From the individual level through to a societal level, everything breaks down when our health breaks down.

Happenings and The Sea are bringing together some big names in Ireland’s wellness arena to present a series of classes that brings together mindfulness and yoga in a series of half hour long morning presentations.

Join us for six sessions with Michael Ryan, Manasi Sridhar an Indian yoga teacher from the home of Yoga and Peter O’Brien founder of Happenings and The Sea. Also featuring Stephen and David Flynn of The Happy Pear and an appearance by Ronan O' Snodaigh from Kila in Michael Ryan's classes.
